Taxes and Duties

For EU destinations, prices include VAT.

For other destinations, prices exclude VAT. As recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country where you receive the shipping; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

For shipping out of EU zone, please contact us via e-mail through our website via “Contact us” or at the following address: servicesclient@octavioèizarro.com for a delivery quotation.

Upon acceptation of your order, we will need 24 hour (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) to process and dispatch your order. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Shipping will take place as soon as we have received the confirmation of payment.

Delivery Date:

Within the EU, for a standard delivery it should happen within a period of 1 to 6 working days, for an express delivery within 1 to 3 working days.

Insurance

We insure each purchase for the transportation until it is delivered to you. We require a signature to get the goods delivered, at that point responsibility for your purchased goods are passed on to you.

Special note regarding Chile

Please note that for orders with a value exceeding 1000 USD a formal customs clearance is required. We recommend that you hire a broker to ensure that you comply with the requested procedure as your purchase may be confiscated if you fail to do so.
